Could not find any reason to give less than 5 stars! Such friendly helpful staff, welcoming atmosphere, even from the locals and the food..... wow! Only down side is I couldn’t stop eating so suffered a food coma . Restaurant and toilet pristine clean, staff were quick to clear the tables, literally cannot fault this place. Will highly recommend and want to come back just to come here again.

This is a gem and a must visit. Classy yet relaxed atmosphere, lovely lighting, a menu anyone could devour, and the most delicious, large mussels I have had. The service was warm and efficient, the crab arancini starter was generous and enough to share between two/three (although I cleaned it up without any complaints!). I will definitely be returning and recommending this lovely spot.

We booked a table last minute for two adults and an 8 year old, booking was quick and simple. When we arrived we were greeted immediately by the most friendly waitress who made us feel welcome and comfortable. I ordered the catch of the day with mash, pea puree and vegetables, the meal was the most delicious food I have ever eaten, fresh, perfectly cooked and flavours were amazingly balanced. My daughter had the mussels, which were lovely and my husband had a burger as he isn't a seafood fan at all, the burger was amazing and he was very happy with it. The deserts did not disappoint and were fresh and light but also sweet and delicious. We will definitely be back in the future when we are back in the area and 100% recommend this restaurant for any visitors or locals who fancy something nicer. Thank you!

Went here for date night after the husband was recommended by friends. I checked out the menu before and thought it was too posh for me but the husband wanted to go so we booked a table. When we arrived there for our table at 7pm the carpark was full!....shows that it is enjoyed by many throughout the day but someone was just leaving! Perfect! I didn't need to find a space somewhere else in the dark! Lots of friendly faces from the staff when we arrived and there was lots of chatter from the customers seated at their tables. Considering the number of people it was clean and tidy and well looked after. We were seated and ordered our drinks. I liked how they were mainly local suppliers and businesses helping to support eachother! We ordered our food and my lack of posh names for normal dishes showed but everything I ordered was delicious! My husband even said the hummus from his starter was "the best he had ever had!" All of the staff were amazing tending to customers, turning tables over for the next and keeping everything clean and tidy, like a well oiled machine! Will definitely return but not one for our toddler just yet...this can remain a nice place for mummy and daddy first!

This is a lovely place to go for lunch. The staff are very helpful and it has a warm but modern feel to it. The food I ate was delicious. I decided to go for sides and starters. I particularly liked the asparagus. The halloumi and skinny fries were also tasty. They also had a good range of soft drinks. Parking can be a bit tricky so I parked in an estate not far away.

Excellent roast, well presented and generously portioned. Would recommend for vegetarians - the nut roast was great! Need to come back to give the desserts a try. Ample seating outside if you fancy sitting in the sun too. Would recommend for Sunday Roast :)
